“I did a couple of tri events this week:
Thursday 22nd May Hillingdon Aquathon Series 1 of 4. A 750m swim and 5k run. I was aiming for 40 mins and managed 37 so quite pleased.
Sunday 25th May was the Wiggle Inaugural Triathlon Relays at Dorney Lake. It was a beautiful day but very windy. …..Me, Stephen and his coach Paul made up a relay team. We came 4th overall out of 52 teams Open and men, and first Mixed! Excellent fun! Stephen 4th in the swim with 7:20, Paul 6th on bike and me 9th on the run.”
