Saturday 21 March, VRUK meet up, Tring (Herts)

Meet up at Tring parkrun (http://www.parkrun.org.uk/tring/) followed by a trip to Anusia veggie café (http://www.anusiacafe.co.uk/) for brunch.

The VRUK Tring runners would like to invite as many members to run the Tring parkrun on Saturday 21 March. Tring parkrun is a hilly, off road course, so might be a little bit more challenging than your usual parkrun! Take as long as you need, have a group photo afterwards and then a hearty brunch at Anusia.

Tring station is about 2.5 miles from the parkrun (perfect warm up!) and there are regular trains from Watford, Milton Keynes, London and Northampton. If you want to come along please email Nicola on [email][email protected][/email] so we know to look out for you! See you there.
