Yet another wonderful week of sharing our passion and beliefs on veganism within the delightful parkrun community. Every one of you repping the green and black is making a difference. Wear your VR kit with pride! In a week where Lidl (Germany) announced a 30% increase in vegan sales, awareness about the impact of eating meat on health, the environment and animal welfare is spreading rapidly and becoming increasingly difficult for non-vegans to ignore. Even the dairy industry is recognising the need for change – check out Flora’s brilliant “Skip the Cow” campaign https://www.flora.com/en-gb/skip-the-cow#

Have a wonderful week – we have our first parkrun of May next, where will you be repping? Don’t forget to add to our mid-week poll. It would be great to hit that 1,000 attendance mark!
