Fantastic result from Tim Shieff at the really challenging Spartan Race South Beast UK last weekend!

‘I came 12th on Sunday out of 3000 people at last weekends Spartan Race South Beast. 21km, 25 obstacles (though sometimes I’m not sure where obstacles start and end because you could count maybe 50 things along the way as obstacles). 2 hours 27 mins, very chuffed and looking forward to more next year where I’ll get some podiums =p
