Just wanted to let you now my result result for the Rhein-Ruhr marathon and half-marathon today, 30.05.2010 in Duisburg, Germany.

I did the half-marathon in 1:29:23  and am well chuffed that I have finally managed to come in in under 90 minutes.

I imagine a Mr. C. Iles would be very interested in whether that’s a flat course suitable for a good time…!
