Who can order kit from Vegan Runners UK?

Only current members of Vegan Runners UK who have paid this year’s membership fee are eligible to buy kit.

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SELL ANY MERCHANDISE TO NON-MEMBERS DUE TO THE TAX IMPLICATIONS – WE THANK NON-MEMBERS FOR NOT TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER AND CAUSING VOLUNTEERS EXTRA WORK.

Please also note that if you are buying for more than one member, you should provide membership details for the people you are buying for (including children if they are not already on your household membership). You can do this in the “additional information” box. Should these details not be provided, you will receive an email querying, and processing your order will be delayed until this information is received and membership details confirmed.

Please note you must not buy Vegan Runners UK kit for any non-members.

Please note the webshop does not support international/export orders.

When can I expect delivery?

We will process your order as quickly as possible, but it may not always be possible to send things immediately and we ask members to allow two weeks for delivery. Please do not chase or ask for updates unless two weeks have passed from your order being placed – we will be sending it as soon as we can. All items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class service.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes you will receive a confirmation email – please check your junk folder if you haven’t received it within 24 hours. The sender is shop@veganrunners.org.uk. This email contains the five digit order number you should quote if you need to contact us about your order.
