Keep rocking your vegan socks 🧦

On the noughty step this week there are lots of names I recognise from appearances in previous reports – these VRs better watch out and better not cry as it’s nearing that time of year…

😈 19:00 Geoffrey Gregory
😈 24:00 Gavin Hawkton
😈 25:00 Paula Hirst
😈 25:00 Adrian Pope
😈 25:00 Louis Kowal
😈 28:00 Kate Telford
😈 33:00 Claire Barber
😈 51:00 Sarah Horrigan-Fullard – double shoutout!

Well done everyone, sorry for any errors or omissions, you are all amazing.I’m still working on how to get our PBs into this report. Currently only Gary-the-Magician-Statistician can manage this amazing data-tastic miracle! But watch this space. I will not give up! And, like you, I won’t give up on promoting veganism and explaining why meat and dairy is so wrong. There is always a peaceful solution to any violent act and a viable alternative which benefits all in the long run. Enjoy your long runs this week, those who do! And those who don’t, see you at parkruns next week πŸ’šπŸ–€
