Bushy Park Park Run in London , the first established Parkrun , still attracts by far the biggest field of all the Parkruns, today was no exception with 670 runners assembling for the 9am start. A one lap 5k over grass and gravel path. Unfortunately no Kilometer markers to time yourself. So although i felt i was running well, i was to cross the finish line in a disappointingly slow time.
