Message from the training session organiser, Peter Simpson:
The next Vegan Runners training session will be held on Sunday, 5 February, meeting inside the Hub Café at 10.30am and planning to start between 10.45 & 11.00 for approximately an hour. You are all invited, look out for members in the Vegan Runners kit. There are changing rooms on the ground floor and lockers for a deposit of £1. Afterwards there are showers if necessary, for a £2 fee payable at reception desk.
The sessions are for all abilities and include:
1. Group running at easy pace
2. Intervals to improve your speed
3. Maybe use of the nearby track
4. Hills in Primrose Hill or elsewhere in Regent’s Park.
Following the session there is the option of a social in the café or as agreed elsewhere.
If you are intending to come on 5 February, it would be useful to send an e-mail in advance in case there is any change or delay and for an idea of how many are expected. On the day, the contact number is 07967 589663.
