Seaford was great. Really flat route and overcast for most of it, so not too hot. I do have some photos. ….. Also, I really should start blogging as I race quite often.

I am now officially a Vegan runner as EA have now swapped me from running sisters.

I ran the Arundel 10k on Sunday (30 Aug, 55.17) and may have recruited another vegan runner.
