Well done vegans out running 10ks in the heat last weekend!

Matthew Jones got himself a PB at the Harrogate 10k:

‘A hot and hilly Harrogate 10k this morning, but sneaked a one second PB in 39:29 and also a picture where I don’t look like melting marionette for once!’
