Vegan Runners meet every Thursday at 19pm outside Parliament Hill Athletics Track to do a social nocturnal trail run in Hampstead Heath

It is essential for all runners to have a high visibility vest and body or head torch. Trail shoes are encouraged, too

The run is usually around 5km to 7km with regular stops to ensure the mixed ability group stays together

There is a bag drop available in the Parliament Hill Track changing rooms, please have £1 coin ready to use the locker

We usually head for a social dinner after the run in the local vegan friendly cafe
