Chris & David Improve on 2011 Bedford Performances

Despite a windy day and Chris Simms taking the precaution of extra layers, he ran a fast time of 1.23.56, 17 seconds faster than his 2011 performance. David Campbell also returned to an event he ran in 2011 and lowered his time by 4 minutes to 1.37.04 against all expectation of a slower time. Well done to both members. It made my journey by bike, a distance of 15 miles each way all the more worthwhile.
