Ed: Sandra Hopkins did not choose an easy distance for her first outing for VRUK, the Downlands Challenge, covering 30 miles in the South Downs, Sussex. A hilly 30 miles in 5 hours 46 minutes is no doubt a tough challenge, well done Sandra.
