Congratulations! Amazing times. My dream is to get into this top ten one day! I’m currently supporting a new runner who achieved their 4th parkrun PB in a row this week. It’s amazing to see how quickly someone can go from hating running and being unable to sustain a steady jog for longer than five minutes, to smashing out four PBs in a row with the last one being a sub 40 non-stop run! I love parkrun so much for this reason, it really does enable people new to running to give it a go in a truly supportive environment.

Well done, VRs, for running and representing our wonderful club and promoting a vegan lifestyle in a friendly and positive way at parkruns all over the world. As a club we are so good at supporting each other and coming together to celebrate, commemorate and mark important milestones and occasions. The incredibly sad news of Craig Barstow’s passing has left our community stunned; Craig was an accomplished runner, very fit and much loved by those who knew him. Details of how we can come together to honour his life will be shared soon. ???
