Thanks to Laura Conway for sending in details of the World Vegan Day Run organised by Saxon Shore in Kent.

“When people have said how nice it would be if our race goody bags had things in we could actually eat, runners have been pointed towards Saxon Shore events who offer a vegan goody bag option when registering. Now they are putting on a whole event to support World Vegan Day! The event is timed, you run as many or as few laps as you wish within the time. Complete just one and you can have your goody bag and medal (they do the most AMAZING medals by the way). And every lap you come across an aid station that will be stocked with vegan goodies!”
