Alexandra Portwine shrugged off the weather at the Viking Coastal Marathon last Saturday, she reports:

‘Did anybody else run through 4 seasons’ worth of weather today? Hot sunshine, howling winds, stinging rain down in Kent…. I think we only missed out on snow and hail to be honest! Anyway, that’s the Viking Coastal Marathon done, and I thoroughly recommend it to anybody, as it’s the friendliest bunch of runners you’ll ever meet!!’

Not only really friendly but vegan friendly by all reports with many other vegans (non-VRUK) running AND vegan cake and goodie bags on offer 🙂
