Sidney DeLara reports on his 19:48 finish at the David LLoyd Southampton 5k on Feb 10th, where he finished 3rd MV50:

Yet another attempt to beat national standard time for age group, v50 which is 19 minutes ends in failure but it was an uphill finish and I lost about 10 seconds getting boxed in at start. So try again in March.
To find standards for age groups go to “Athletics weekly” mag site, they have a list of time standards for all distances and various events. Achieve a time at an event that is reported into them and you go on to their rankings list for the year.
