Ed: Given the vegan catering at the Lavant Midsummer 5 miles in West Sussex, it is not surprise we have at least a token presence by Sid Delara who reports briefly:

Lavant Midsummer 5 mile road run, Wednesday June 22nd.

This race is held just north of Chichester. Starting from the village of Lavant
it heads out along country lanes with undulation to the Goodwood MotorRacing
Circuit, once around the circuit and back to Lavant.

Previously a Vegan Run meet up event, knowing therefore that the Cordon Bleu chefs of
Chichester AC would again be providing vegan after run culinary delights, obligated to take part.
Yeah, 6 vegan Sausages and salad to myself.

Result – Lavant Midsummer 5 mile
