Watched the half-marathon go past my road earlier, saw Daf although he has been struggling with a cold so he wasn’t doing the pace that he’d hoped for. Had a very nasty bug myself which I am still recovering from, feel fine now but my heart rate is still very high when training so it may be a couple more weeks until I am running normally again. Decided to run with Cath at Sherborne as wasn’t up to giving it 100%. [Very sensible – an example to us all – Ed]
