Leading up to the session on 25 March there were 11 runners showing interest with 7 runners (inc one friend) turning up on the day. The clocks going forward did not help with one member arriving 1130am but fortunately she texted when we were ¾ of the way round the park so took a shortcut back to the Hub to meet her and continue onto Primrose Hill with a few extra laps of the track whilst the on time runners headed back to the Hub for a drink. Most runners decided to take part in the novices session so it was a leisurely walk and run. As we started, another running event was taking place, the Stroke Association 5K, all of their runners & walkers going in the opposite direction.
