A family event with various junior races in addition to the separate elite and senior races. Not sure of the entry qualification for the elite & senior races. Helen Fines fits the bill for the elite race with John Morgan the novice! John certainly rose to the challenge and performed at his peak! (Editor) John reports:

Nos Galan 5K (elite race), 18:00(PB), 57th/91

Met Helen Fines briefly before the race but was unable to match her pace and she finished around 30 sec ahead of me. Incredibly high standard in the elite race.
