On Saturday I managed a new PB at Whitstable Parkrun. I was timed in at 24:03 replacing my previous 24:08 for 2 July 2011.

I came in an overall 22nd out of 75 and 1st out of 6 for the 55-59 men’s race.

I seem to be the only regular Vegan Runner at Whitstable but I have become friendly with a running vegan who chooses to run unattached.

So with 24:03 I’m just a breath away from sub: 24 …………..
