I ran the Dulwich Midsummer 5k. I use that race as a benchmark to see if I’m getting any faster. And I am as this year I did it in 28:51. (previous years –  2009-29:45,  2008 -31:30,). However I didn’t wear my VRUK vest as I couldn’t find it. I later found it underneath my very naughty small black cat. He had taken it off the radiator and used it as a blanket. (washed it now). 🙂
