Nairn 10k was a pretty good run for me – time of 46:34, position of 132/392.
So a new best time for that course, one minute faster than my previous best, from a couple of years ago. It is a nice route, with a few small hills.

I have met Joanne once or twice at the local vegan group, would be good to see her at a race sometime.
