At Terminal 5 waiting for flight to Hamburg, got my Vegan Runner vest with me, hope to run in Hamburg on Sunday morning. It’s around a lake , you choose 5,10 , 15 or 20k. Guy I know who runs down this way, representing England in Ireland at week end at cross country, top V60 (he’s 64) just did all 6 of Boscombe 5k runs during winter in under 18mins 30secs.
