‘Done the Knockfarrel hill race yesterday, at Strathpeffer. A fairly short race, but a few steep bits up and down, and muddy in places. Good fun anyway, and about a minute faster than when I did the race a couple of years ago.

Time 56:45, 69/115. Distance about 8.9km, with 300m up and down.’
