Pretty pleased with the run; it’s an undulating course, and that’s a pb by nearly a minute. Further to Sid’s empassioned plea to club members to get out and do these free saturday morning timed runs, I should say I enjoyed it a lot. This one is run by Guildford and Godalming AC, and it’s not part of the official parkrun series (www.parkrun.com). So, even if there’s not a local one on that website, it’s worth checking the home pages of local running clubs.
