‘Flamsted 10k – Sunday 19th October 2014

I popped along to this local race today and proud to be flying the VRUK vest. This was a great community event – closed yes closed roads, extremely well marshalled, friendly, well organised, on site parking and just lovely. Like their FB page and be first in the know for 2015. I’ll be going back for sure, plus it is a great taper run for Beachy Head. Very pleased to get a new PB of 43.38 on a hilly windy course and finished in top 10 – 8th overall, 2nd lady but only by a whisker. Note to self – must try harder when being out sprinted to the line’ 🙂
