DESCRIPTION:First regional meetup of 2023 down to the seaside for one of parkrun’s fastest courses. \nA chance to benchmark your 5K time ready for the training this year\, or just enjoy the views and the waves with a nice run or walk? \nAfterwards we’ll gather for brunch and chat at the Laughing Dog. \nLinks \nWorthing parkrun\nStrava Event \n\nFacebook Event \n\nLaughing Dog \n\nIf you can’t make Worthing maybe consider the Brockenhurst meet-up in Hampshire instead.\nAnd a final note\, if you’re new to parkrun or maybe hadn’t realised\, you can select your primary and additional clubs. Vegan Runners is currently the second largest parkrun club and we’re encouraging all runners to allocate VR as one of their clubs to help us reach the top spot.
