DESCRIPTION:This week from 7 pm:\n—> 8k gentle sunset run 🌅 \nSocial running around Hampstead Heath. Ideal for new runners\, recovery runs and getting some extra hills into your training.\n🌳🌲 \nNo runner is left behind. We start and finish as a group! 🤝 \nThe course will differ from week to week but expect mixed terrain\, hills\, and the chance of mud patches.
