Sid gets a soaking in Brighton:

Two visits to Brighton , two slower than expected runs.
Last Sunday November 14th i took part in the first ever Brighton Pheonix AC 5 mile run. 4 laps of Preston Park Brighton, with a nasty hill to negotiate on each lap. Horrible wet day.
