Dave Arnold reports back on another successful VRUK parkrun meet-up last Saturday:

‘Brighton VR at our monthly meet-up Parkrun. L to R John, Chris, Dave Arnold, Paula, Martin and Gee. Another Martin missed the picture. Congratulations to Paula who was just 2 seconds off a PB and completing the ‘full-house’ of a PB AND first place lady!! Plant-Powered-Paula!!

Tomorrow is VR social run, at Hove Park to start at 12 and back to Gee’s house nearby if the weather goes nasty on us. Come along if you can!!

Wednesday night many of us are racing the Brighton Phoenix 10k.
