I am pleased to say the Belfast marathon went much better than I thought it would and I finished with a time of 3 hours 18 mins and 57 secs. [and it’s not flat – Ed] Even better is the fact I was 5 minutes ahead of my carnivorous work colleague who has consistently been faster than me for the last 6 months – power to vegans!
