I actually won my 1st race 1.5 wks ago – a 9.5 km race around the capital

Basseterre of the caribbean island of st kitts where i’m now working at the

vet school. The details were :

Run/Walk ‘Better Beach Bodies Summer-thon’. 41:10, 1st overall, around 50

runners

I was wearing the vegan runners vest 🙂 and i placed 3rd in a 5 km race

about 6 weeks ago.

I’m now upping my training, hoping to do well in other races here, all

wearing the vegan runners vest.
