Ed: From 20 June, Demetrios (Mitso) supported by member & partner Helen Easton is attempting the E4 (European Footpath), a path down the length of Greece with the aim to raise money for Aegean Wildlife Hospital (Paros, Greece) and the new marine conservation group, Black Fish. Mitso will be running with another friend (not Helen), a distance of 1600K in 25 miles – with at least 10,000ft of climbing.
